I'm not a chef, line cook or even a restaurant worker... I don't have that kind of talent. I'm just a home cook with some recipes I like to make.

I would say this isn't the typical yellow looking Egg Potato Salad... may not win any awards for looks. But for taste... blue ribbon.

Did I mention you can make a half loaf in a 3.5 quart dutch oven... I didn't? But check it out, works perfect when you only need a small amount. Just half the recipe.

When cherries are in season and there is fresh basil available... this is consumed maybe twice a week. No joke.

Ohhhh mannnn... that's a bowl of tastiness. Add a few shrimps to that and you got a party!

Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Don't use cocktail sauce from a bottle... JUST DON'T. It's easy to make and just tastes better! Make sure you use it with your Cajun Shrimp Boil.

Shrimps... forget about it. A nice large bowl of warm 8 - 12 count colossal shrimp ready for a colossal dip in some Shrimp Cocktail Sauce.

I'm generally not a huge fan of shrimp (or scallops really)... but man I could eat these all day with my Cocktail Sauce.

Now that is a nicely dressed salad... like it's going to the prom or it's first interview! Looking good with some homemade croutons and a pinch of my special seasoning.

Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar Cardini may frown on my changes to his great invention... but I hope he feels proud folks still want to emulate his greatness.

There is no way to make a dressing image cool... no matter how hard you try. Tastes good though.

Coleslaw Dressing

So good even the wife likes it... and she hates coleslaw.
