I'm not a chef, line cook or even a restaurant worker... I don't have that kind of talent. I'm just a home cook with some recipes I like to make.

I've never been so happy to call something a loaf. But that's a loaf. Perfect for a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich.

Simple, but delicious. No reason to make it complicated. I use the toaster oven instead of a griddle to make my Tuna Melt.
