I'm not a chef, line cook or even a restaurant worker... I don't have that kind of talent. I'm just a home cook with some recipes I like to make.

Buffalo Chicken Grillers

This is a nice alternative to the regular chicken wings. Diced up... it makes a surprisingly tasty omelette the next morning.

When cherries are in season and there is fresh basil available... this is consumed maybe twice a week. No joke.

Ohhhh mannnn... that's a bowl of tastiness. Add a few shrimps to that and you got a party!

Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Don't use cocktail sauce from a bottle... JUST DON'T. It's easy to make and just tastes better! Make sure you use it with your Cajun Shrimp Boil.

Shrimps... forget about it. A nice large bowl of warm 8 - 12 count colossal shrimp ready for a colossal dip in some Shrimp Cocktail Sauce.
