I'm not a chef, line cook or even a restaurant worker... I don't have that kind of talent. I'm just a home cook with some recipes I like to make.

I really like the flavor of the orange and honey in this dish. I'm a big fan of sesame chicken and this is a close relative of that dish that I can make at home.

There is nothing more beautiful then a freshly baked Molasses Pecan Pie waiting to be eaten... maybe the empty plate after? I'll let you decide.

There has to be something said about a slightly sweet red sauce. Usually not a fan... but with this brick of Polenta it is perfection.

A different take on a waffle... the Yeasted Belgian Waffle has a depth of flavor not found in others. Don't freak out with the addition of corn meal... it adds a great texture to these awesome waffles.

Buttery, cheddary biscuits are a perfect side to some crab legs or lobster... maybe even a lobster bisque. yum.

I don't know why, but our glass bread loaf pan makes the perfect baking dish for our Green Bean Casserole. Hey, whatever, it tastes great!
