Horseradish Sauce
It's rare that I would put a little something on a Rib Roast, but this Horseradish Sauce brings out another level. Another use... also fantastic on leftover Rib Roast sandwiches.
Spaghetti Squash
This fruit is truly amazing... with a pasta like texture and feel. In the fall and winter it is a delicious and unique change from pasta. Buy a few and keep in a cool and dark place... they will keep for months.
Muffuletta Sandwich
Yea... sure, you can go to New Orleans and get a touristy sandwich at the Central Grocery in the French Quarter. But it won't be a true Muffuletta Sandwich until you make it from scratch!

My christmas tradition when the wife is visiting the in-laws and I'm at home with The Pointers. Watching reruns of Columbo and a christmas eve meal of Canadian Poutine... and yes, The Pointers always get a bite.
