Susan’s Cheesecake
We all know Mom's recipes are the best... and this one goes out to Rachelle's mom. A simple but perfect Cheesecake recipe that won a blue ribbon!

Ingredients
crust
1 1/2 cups Honey Maid® Graham Crackers (12 cracker sheets)
2 tablespoons C&H® Granulated Sugar
5 tablespoons Land O’Lakes® Unsalted Butter, melted
cake
3 - 8 oz Philadelphia® Cream Cheese
1 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
3 eggs
1 stick Land O’Lakes® Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon La Vencedora® Mexican Vanilla Pura
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 ℉.
Blend cream cheese and sugar first, then add eggs one at a time, then add butter and vanilla.
Bake for 15 minutes. (maybe a tidge more)
