Spicy Aioli

Ahh the spicy a-holey. Great topping for a nice fish taco.

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Fage® 2% Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Huy Fong Foods® Sriracha
1 tablespoon Cajun Power® Garlic Sauce, Original
drizzle of Frank’s® Original Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, finely minced
spoon full of pickle juice
smoked salt, to taste

Directions

Gather all the ingredients in a bowl and give them a stir to combine.

Taste and adjust the amount of any ingredients to taste. Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.

Notes

  • Want more heat… add more Sriracha or Franks®. Mince up a hot chili or pickled jalapeno, etc. and add it.
  • I use 2% Greek yogurt, but sour cream is a good substitution.
  • If using a garlic press, use 2 garlic cloves.
