Pimento Cheese Spread

Love it or... Love it more. Pimento Cheese Spread is always welcome at our house. If you don't love a good Pimento Cheese Spread... well... you'll just have to wait outside.

Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients

8 oz Kraft® Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 oz Kerrygold® Aged Irish Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 oz Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise
4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
1 teaspoon RealSalt® Seasoning Salt
1 teaspoon Cajun Power® Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon Cajun Power® Spicy Garlic Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Pontershire Sauce (worcestershire sauce)
Bourbon Barrel Foods® Smoked Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Place the cheese in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least two hours so the flavors can meld.

Take out ~30 minutes before serving to get warmer.

Notes

  • Other cheese options are to do a combination of cheeses… whatever you have can work... aged cheddar, sharp cheddar, pepper jack or monterey jack… that totals ~16 oz cheese. Whatever is around will add a nice flavor of your choice.
  • Bacon can be another great addition, along with a minced chili/pepper of your choice.
  • Some southern folks like to add chopped dill to the mix.
  • Serve with Kellogg's® Club® Crackers or your buttery cracker of choice.
