Pickle Wrap Dip
There are a few comfort foods that are necessary during the holidays. One of my favorite dips on the appetizer table is Pickle Wrap Dip and some club crackers.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
1 4oz package Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, softened
1 4oz Daisy® Sour Cream
1/2 cup Claussen® Kosher Dill Pickles, minced
3 ounces Wimmer’s® Dried Beef, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon RealSalt® Seasoning Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pointershire Sauce (worcestershire sauce)
1 teaspoon pickle juice
Bourbon Barrel Foods® Smoked Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Stir cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl until smooth.
Add the minced onion, pickles, pickle juice, Pointershire Sauce, Seasoning Salt and beef, Mix until combined. Taste for salt and pepper.
Refrigerate until ready and serve with Kellogg's® Club® Crackers.
Notes
- Wimmer’s® Dried Beef can be found at Hy-Vee® deli meat counter. If unavailable any quality Dried Beef can be substituted.
- Leftover dried beef is great in the morning. Use for a tasty Creamed Chipped Beef on Toast.
