Horseradish Sauce

It's rare that I would put a little something on a Rib Roast, but this Horseradish Sauce brings out another level. Another use... also fantastic on leftover Rib Roast sandwiches.

Horseradish Sauce
A little of this Horseradish Sauce on the side of a Rib Roast for dipping or a little drizzle over a leftover Rib Roast sandwich is what I assume heaven is like.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Hanfelder’s® Lake Side Farms Horseradish
1/4 cup Straus Family Creamery® Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Gray Poupon® Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons scallion, minced

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a bowl. Put in the refrigerator for at least a day.
