Burrata with Balsamic Cherries and Basil
When cherries are in season and there is fresh basil available... this is consumed maybe twice a week. No joke.

Ingredients
1 cup bing cherries, pitted and quartered
2 tablespoons Villa Manodori® Dark Cherry Balsamic Vinegar
1 teaspoon California Olive Ranch® Reserve Miller’s Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup basil, julienned
12 ounces Buf Creamery® Burrata
garnish
basil, julienned

Directions
Toss the sliced cherries, basil and balsamic together in a bowl, allow to sit for 15 minutes.
Arrange the burrata on a serving board, drizzle lightly with good olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt. Spoon the cherries over the burrata. Garnish with more sliced basil.
Serve with toasted or grilled crusty bread.
Notes
- You can substitute any very good quality balsamic vinegar if the cherry balsamic is not available.
