Blue Cheese Dressing
The smoked blue cheese and homemade Pointershire Sauce makes this above all others.

Ingredients
~1/4 cup buttermilk
5 ounces Smoked Moody Blue® Blue Cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup Straus Family Creamery® Sour Cream
1/4 cup Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise
2 teaspoon Heinz® Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon C&H® Granulated Sugar
1/4 teaspoon RealSalt® Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pointershire Sauce (worcestershire sauce)
1/2 teaspoon RealSalt® Seasoning Salt
1/4 cup chive, chopped
Bourbon Barrel Foods® Smoked Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, seasoning salt and worcestershire and chive; Add the blue cheese crumbles and mix with a fork to combine well.
Add little of the buttermilk at a time and mix into base until desired creaminess of the dressing.
Taste for salt and pepper.
Taste and add any of the above to a level of tastyness.
Notes
- Depending on your sour cream creamyness, you might use 2 tablespoons to a 1/4 cup buttermilk. Add a little at a time to reach desired consistancy.
