This fruit is truly amazing... with a pasta like texture and feel. In the fall and winter it is a delicious and unique change from pasta. Buy a few and keep in a cool and dark place... they will keep for months.

Muffuletta Sandwich — By far... my number one sandwich. Cubans or a Reuben are up there. But, nothing can compare to this. I love the flavors and culture immigrants give to america. Thank you Sicily for this amazing masterpiece.

My christmas tradition when the wife is visiting the in-laws and I'm at home with The Pointers. Watching reruns of Columbo and a christmas eve meal of Canadian Poutine... and yes, The Pointers always get a bite.

Honey Orange Chicken — I really like the flavor of the orange and honey in this dish. I'm a big fan of sesame chicken and this is a close relative of that dish that I can make at home.
