Condensed Cream Soup

This is my versatile cream soup recipe that is a base for a lot of recipes. I just change out the stock and vegetables according to what I am making.

The filling is a little shy... so it is hiding behind a lovely topping of puff pastry. Trust me... it's wonderfully creamy and delicious.. and HOT!
