Anne’s Amazing Meatballs

I'm glad I got this recipe before Anne's videos became unavailable :( ... I don't often say it, but these ARE the BEST!

Anne’s Amazing Meatballs
Anne's Meatballs fresh from the oven and ready finish off simmering in some Americanara Sauce.

Makes approximately 16 meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb Stoysich® Ground Beef
1 lb Stoysich® Ground Pork
2 eggs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 cup Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then form into meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball.

Place meatballs on a wire rack on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes on a middle rack.

If using meatballs right away, put the meatballs into marinara sauce and cook for an additional 30 minutes. If saving for later you can freeze any extra meatballs for another time.

Notes

  • Make sure to check out my Americanara Sauce for some tasty Spaghetti and Meatballs.
  • You can freeze any extra meatballs that you do not need. When they have cooled from coming out of the oven, put them in a freezer bag or container.
